The baseball program at The College of St. Scholastica takes advantage of a fall non-traditional season by practicing and playing games over a four week period at Wade Stadium.

The Saints Fall League provides high level instruction and competitive competition that allows us to further develop our players for our spring season.

Freshmen benefit the most from our fall season because it allows them to adjust to the college level quickly.

Each player is drafted by one of the following three teams; Gold Hawks, Blues, and Black Sox. Each team is managed by a member of the Saints coaching staff.

Each team will play a 30 game schedule and all of the games are umpired, individual statistics are recorded, and league and team leaders are posted.

Half way through the fall, deserving players will compete in the SFL All-Star Game.

The SFL will conclude with the top two teams matching up in The SFL World Series. The winning team will have their name engraved on the SFL Cup along with the league’s MVP.
